When it comes to cycling in the city, the recurring myth is that Oviedo is a city for bikes, it often rains, there are many hills and roads are not ready. Is the focus of the bike cool but other conditions or just for leisure and clearly not used for everyday transport ... Is so hard!
But the carts are used for commuting and boy, assume effort! Damn if that bothers a hill or it rains, then either change the effort to push a cart by simply pedaling.
The minimum pedal effort is less than or similar to walk (even on the slopes) but shorter travel times. The difference is that the buggy has little choice and the bike has the car.
